Ana walked the entire path she now teaches: starting as an analyst and rising to executive management, right where key decisions are made. In 17 years, she implemented and led S&OP in leading industries and specialized in reducing excess inventory and stockouts simultaneously using modern methodologies like DDMRP. She is certified by the DDMRP Institute and co-author of A Nova Fronteira (Editora Lisboa, 2026).
