By accessing or using the S&OPlayers website (soplayers.com), web applications, maturity diagnostics, Career Hub, and associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

S&OPlayers is a career intelligence and educational platform tailored exclusively for the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) ecosystem.

Our services include professional and organizational maturity diagnostics, industry benchmarking, AI-assisted resume analysis, learning tracks, and customized career roadmaps.

To access complete features, users must be legally capable (at least 18 years of age or possess legal representation) and provide truthful, accurate, and current registration information.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Diagnostics, maturity reports, Career Scores, simulations, and AI-generated suggestions are strictly for consultative, educational, and guidance purposes.

S&OPlayers does not guarantee hiring, promotions, salary increases, or commercial outcomes. Users and organizations bear sole responsibility for final professional and corporate decisions.

All intellectual property rights related to the S&OPlayers brand, proprietary 6-dimension maturity methodologies, scoring algorithms, designs, source code, copy, and learning materials belong exclusively to S&OPlayers and its founders.

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, reverse engineering, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Users agree not to: (a) violate applicable laws; (b) use automated data scraping or overload infrastructure; (c) transmit malicious code or viruses; (d) infringe third-party rights or upload documents without proper authorization; (e) bypass security or access control measures.

The platform provides free features alongside optional paid subscription plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods will be clearly presented at checkout.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations (including Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code), users may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days following initial digital service enrollment.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform reliability, but services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions, network failures, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

S&OPlayers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time directly in Settings > Data & Privacy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, notably the Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

The Judicial District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, is designated as the competent venue to resolve any disputes.
